Founded on 1 January 2000, Emmi Interfrais SA is part of the Emmi Group and came about as the result of the merger of BAER Interfromage SA and Emmi Frischpool AG.

Emmi Interfrais SA has a network of approx. 110 suppliers in Switzerland and abroad. With more than 110 refrigerated vehicles, Emmi Interfrais SA sells fresh products to some 4,500 food service and retail companies throughout Switzerland.
